Looking to team up to rent a home in the Columbia area. Must have a garage, dishwasher, laundry, outdoor area (preferably fenced in), and our own bathroom. For our portion of rent 1,400 max but willing to pay the larger portion for our own larger space. Would prefer around the 1,100 price range.

Looking to room with another professional 20 something who is pet-friendly. Willing to look for more than 1 roomate for the right situation and price.

Also looking for a basement apt in that price range with on site parking and dishwasher.

We are a couple with a cat and dog (friendly with people, kids and other dogs). I am a law student at Maryland Law in downtown Baltimore (online for now) and my boyfriend works in Columbia.

We enjoy cooking, hanging out outside, listening to music and exploring the area. Also dogs and beer.
