I have been renting rooms since December 2013. I was 19 at that time. I have been renting rooms for more than seven years now. I already have a substantial amount of precedent as a roommate. I am hyper literate and eloquent and I am a veritable autodidact. Both of my parents are deceased and I get money from the government. I do every day-to-day task by myself and I effectively represent myself and advocate for myself in every institution that I am directly involved with. I have already effectively proven my powerful intellectual talents to numerous people with advanced university degrees, so I already have professional and legal warrants to my name. I am absolutely going to get a new room before the end of this month, preferably somewhere in Glendora or San Dimas. I am pathetically socially awkward and misunderstood, but I am also remarkably intelligent and I am a kind person and I routinely initiate intellectual conversations about a vast array of different topics. To whoever my next landlord, I promise with God as my judge that I won’t let you down.
