Im moving into LA from Philly in Mid March for a new gig in SFV. Im currently in the market for a roommate, preferably to start a new lease vs filling an existing room.

Im a 30 y/o career engineer who has been all over for work and really laid back but no patience for drama. Im very busy these days but when Im free I like cooking with my gf (she has her own place), martial arts, lifting or roadtrips. I dont smoke but am fine with it if its an outside/patio activity.

Im looking for another professional that is easy going and hardworking and that I dont have to worry about making rent or blasting dubstep at 2am on a Tuesday. Its very important to establish a foundation of mutual respect.
