Hi everyone my name is Robert I am 46 years old full time employed dispatch IT technician also do side jobs as well my hobbies include model railroading music And movies I’m an easy going guy no drama here I’m very respectful of other people’s property I am needing to find a place as the Room I am renting now and have been for 9 months the landlord has decided due to personal reason T needs to sell the house so I had my 30 day notice given to me 3 days ago so I have till March 6th to find a place my budget is between 400 to 600 with utilities included hopefully I can find a place for my customized model railroad the place I’m at now I get half the garage for it looking forward to starting a new all over again lol Please don’t hesitate to contact me I also have 2 small pets a little Chihuahua senior and a ragdoll cat both are well behaved and are quiet thank you for your consideration
