Hello, I’m looking to get a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apt in Annapolis, MD. Rent will be about $833.00 per person. Place has a roommate floor plan, in unit washer & dryer, balcony, gym, numerous features. Date available is mid May. I’d like to get this set up ASAP to secure the apt. Security Deposit is 1/2 of $300. Application 1/2 of $50. Both parties must be there to sign lease. Tenants handle Water, Sewer, Electricity. I don’t drink, no smoking, no drugs, no pets, no children. I’m quiet, work full-time, keep areas clean, vegetarian diet, enjoy reading, learning new things, online studies, Netflix, humorous. Looking for like minded individual.
