Hiya! I am Ka-Sandra- 77 yo..

Raised an Odessa Texan, born near & lived in Austin 6 yrs- with a trek to Little Rock and back- There joined a theater group as actor-singer, mid 60’s- migrated to Manhattan for a few yrs- there a singer, amidst serving Food&Drink, in a private club..

While in NYC, stumbling upon a book, early 20’s: The Psychology of Man’s Possible Evolution, by PD Ouspensky- it rekindled my 18 yo curiousity of “What makes us tick” into future interests and research.. Tho the content of the book is quite outdated, the concept has reached broad expansion- and is thriving in trial-studies, within a myriad of avenues- restoring mental, emotional, psychological, physical health- within our multifaceted lives..

I research natural healing methods vs pharmaceuticals- have a passion for learning how our bodies function, with their complicated network of connections.. Interested in the science of a healthier longevity (researched and demonstrated both in the labs and the lives of folks interested in correcting any damage our bodies and minds have endured, over time)- these are my primary interests! Mindfulness and breathing techniques, for better sleep, optimizing life expression, are avenues of primary focus - for our healthier living experience..
