Anime, big on movies/have an epic dvd collection. A Runner & likes out doors & out door activities. Out going very friendly & easy to get alone with/ honest and trustworthy/ clean record. Very clean & organized /slight OCD. Work a lot, so will becoming in very late and leaving out pretty early or vice versa. Usually hangout most weekends, might have friends come over for a little while on weekends. Driver services (Uber/instacart/grub hub/dog walker) it’s possible 4 me 2 becoming in and out of the residence at a lot a different times on the weekend. Dogs and cat friendly but prefer them to stay out of the common areas (kitchen mainly, and off the living room furniture) and in room when roommates are away from the home. No opposed to roommates having guest/events, as long as a respectable noise level Is kept and a safe environment is maintained. Would prefer non-smoker (cigarettes) especially in house. Listen to music while in the shower. Will Labels food not meant to share. Very heavy sleeper. Room Camera set up from secruity purpose and lock on room door at all times.
