Relocating to NYC for my new job next year and hoping to find one roommate. I will be working in Downtown Manhattan and I am looking for places in Downtown Jersey City/ Journal Square that is less than a 10 minute walk to the PATH station so I won’t have to deal with a long walk in the brutal winters or too many transfers. I will be relying solely on public transportation. I’m moving from Florida and will be new to the area. I’m looking to room with a working professional who works during the week, who is super clean, considerate, quiet and easy to talk to. I find places that’s 2 bed 2 baths and some that are 2 beds 1 bath. During my free time I like to go to happy hour, picnics at the park, and water sports. I’m a very considerate person who keeps the common area and bathroom clean, my room is a different story.
