My name is Michael, and I’m in need of a nice furnished room to rent, month to month, minimum of 3 months up to possibly 6 months, potentially longer if it is a good situation. ALSO..I would really prefer to find someone to share a 2 bed 2bth apt/condo with, preferably female between 40-60(not looking for a hookup- I just get along better in a roommate situation with a lady..it’s been many yrs since I’ve had a guy for a roomie!) max total monthly rent of $1400/month, split internet cost for modem only-no TV, and electric. I’ll be working 32 hrs/week in Tampa beginning Feb 10 in a customer service/support job(not a new job for me, previous career in medical imaging), so I would prefer to be moved in by Feb 7. I am single, squeaky clean background, straight, no kids(they’re both young, successful, married adults and live in other states), major non-smoker, no drugs, social drinker, no pets, very quiet, and I require cleanliness as I’m a neat and clean person. I bicycle, work out, love to day hike, hang at the beach, and am a Star Wars, Star Trek nut. If you have a room to rent, I’ve had 2 great experiences renting a furnished room in S FL with ladies. I had to leave the Air BnB I was renting in St Pete the 20th and return north. I plan to return 2/6-8th and we could meet up then, after talking first. I appreciate your interest! Thanks! Michael F
