I am looking for a nice room reasonably priced for my budget. I don’t smoke, drink or have any pets. I am employed and work 4 days a week. I would prefer a private room and bath but will share bath with one person. If I don’t have access to the kitchen would like to use a mini fridge and microwave in room.
I prefer =month to month. And possibly 6-12 if possible. Also, looking for any rooms on lower level.

My question is when I am not working do I have to leave the room? I don’t always have a lot of places to go however I do go out with friends occasionally. My main focus is to save money to get my own place. I am clean and quiet, I keep to myself but don’t mind the casual conversation. please no solicitors with Rent to Own.
