I am a full-time college student and I work. I am very clean and not home very often. I am very kind and attentive to keeping a wonderful living space for both of us. I am looking for someone who is clean, sweet, and respectful. I do not have large groups of people and you will get to know my few wonderful friends. I am interested in paying less than the listed budge, so if that means taking the smaller bedroom, I am more than willing to. I have some bedroom furniture (queen bedframe/bed, a very small dresser that goes at the foot of the bed, desk, chair, and a full-sized mirror), I would like to ideally keep it.
