Looking for shared housing in the Golden Valley, Robbinsdale, Crystal area. This would be for my granddaughter (7) and myself (60). We are both active and enjoy outdoor activities as well as indoor puzzles, chess, net flix and Hulu or a good book. Separate living area would be best (such as a mother in law type room or lower level. A heated garage would be great , Im a lover of food (Foodie) and have catering experience. I’m also a retired Paramedic (25 years) and would be willing to barter time of rent (or a portion for services. Such as caregiver. Shopper errand runner., transportation , child care, meal prep and light housekeeping .
