Single female, clean, quiet, and to myself. I have an advocate, helper type spirit. I’m a professional with a trades license in plumbing and an associate degree in human services. I work maintenance during the day, and a housekeeping part time night job. My only visitors would be my 23 year old son and 3 year old granddaughter. They may come over every other Saturday for a couple hours. I’m only looking to rent for a couple months until my apartment is ready. A month to month works best for me.
