I’m clean, courteous, and very laid-back. I believe that being kind to one another, having open communication, and showing mutual respect are the most important qualities in a roommate.

I don’t smoke (due to work), but I have no problem with others doing it. Occasionally I’ll have a drink or two at home, but usually I only drink socially. I don’t throw any big parties and I’ll rarely have people over. If I do, it’ll probably be just one or two friends.

I’m a solid 50/50 mix of being introverted and outgoing. I like having time to myself, but I also like going out, exploring the city, traveling, and trying new things. Huge fan of playing sports, video games, The Office, and all things Disney. Usually down for anything!
