Hi! My friend Nash and I are looking for someone to fill our 3rd bedroom in our apartment in San Clemente CA! The bedroom has an ocean view and a shared bathroom for $1220 + utilities. My other roommate is moving out so we will need to fill her spot. We are very laid back and both have busy schedules. We like to go to the beach, hangout with friends, have people over, go out and dance, and find any kind of adventure! We are both clean and neat people and would prefer if our 3rd roommate is the same way!😊 (my roommate has a wiener dog that will most likely be there on weekends)
