The pretty girl in the picture is my niece.

I am 31 yrs old; currently rent a room in Groton; I’ve been at this residence for one year; I am not happy with my current living situation. My field of study is Linguistics, with a minor in Psychology- Psycholinguistic- So, basically, I am just really good with verbiage, writing, and comprehension of language as a whole. This is my main focus for the next 5 years.
My daily life: If I am not at my dads house, he also lives in Groton, I will be home cleaning, studying, showering, binge-watching, reading, writing , crafting, or sleeping. I am very, very clean and organized. I am not bothered if you are not as clean as me, as long as you do your best…like wash your own dishes, wipe the toilet after you “use” it-if it needs it, and HAIR!!! If you brush/wash/shave your hair, wipe it off the floor/shower. I will literally die if it get stuck to my bare feet. Wet toilet paper will collect it all and then it can be flushed. Other than that, I am not bothered by much. Noise, people over, children screaming- I am unbothered- I have been around that kind of chaos my whole life!!! Lol!!! I am pretty quiet, unless I’m cleaning, then I have my music up!!! I’m also single, so no baggage there. I do have a 15 year old daughter, who I had at 17. My dad has helped me raise her. She resides with him, but will sleep over, get off the bus, or come over at random. I may/may not be home when she comes over, especially if she’s getting off the bus. She’s also quite and will most likely make something to eat and head right into my room to wait for me. I am looking for male or female…who works or stays busy, isn’t nosey, and is chill. I am planning on getting a dog. Small; no bigger than a Shitzu. She/he will be trained, vaccinated, and eventually, registered as an emotional-support dog. So I need a dog friendly place/a place that has dogs; that get along well with other {new} dogs. No {hard-core} drugs. Thanks!
