I have a two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms apartment. I only need to use one bedroom and I am looking for a roommate to rent another bedroom+bathroom. No smoking please. Leasing time could be negotiated, best 12 months. You will have your private bedroom and bathroom/not need to share bathroom. Kitchen, sitting room and dinning room are shared by you and me. However, I rarely use these rooms because of travelings. I am very quiet person. There are Gym room, swimming pool and business center etc in the property center. Utilities are shared depending how much of monthly usage. It won't be high as estimated. (BTW, Some income or background checks might be needed from the property management).
