Hey! I’m looking for someone to split a two bedroom place, preferably a female around my age. I work full time in the afternoon and at night in a lab in Van Nuys. I’m clean, quiet, respectful of spaces, mostly keep to myself and a little shy at first. I do have a pretty friendly cat that I’m taking care of where I currently live (he has a home getting ready hopefully for next month) and would like to bring him if that’s an option.
