My rent estimate is flexible. I’m Looking to move around a train line and other means of public transportation. Brookhaven, Buckhead, midtown, city-ish areas with lots of options within walking distance or shorter distances, is ideal. I’m not the stereotypical 40yr old! I’m Very active, like to workout alot, hangout, or just chill. I’m very sociable, easy going and positive. Do to my profession, I’m barely home. I have company occasionally, rarely overnights. Pefer roomie that’s sociable, friendly. Have an understanding of personal space and boundaries.
