I’m a Oil & Gas professional looking for a stable roommate. I owned for 12 years and have not had a roommate for 19 years so this is a BIG step for me. I’m divorced and get my 15 and 11 year old daughters every other weekend. My lease is up in April so I’m looking for someone now to get to know and either extend the lease or sign a new lease together for a 3-4 bedroom house in the $1400-1900 range. I have my room currently listed on this site for $650 monthly. If you rented out my room, this would be a good trial period for us to see if it works out. If so, we could sign a 1 year lease for a nice house.

I am a single, straight, Brazilian male with a great sense of humor. I’m a musician, skateboarder, own land in Livingston, have dirt bikes, and I ride a Harley Davidson. I need space in a garage or a carport to park my bike.

I would prefer a non-smoker, but if you do smoke, it would have to be outside. I’m a very tidy person so the common areas would need to stay clean. I do not care how messy your own room is, but dishes and trash must be taken care of and not left out.

If you are interested, lets meet at a public place and get to know each other. I am very social and enjoy company. If you are a quiet person, I have no problem you retreating to your room all the time. As far as sharing a living room, I watch shows like Forged in Fire, Ancient Aliens, Chopped, Naked and Afraid, Counting Cars….anything educational. I rarely watch news or sitcoms. I love to cook and grill, so expect to eat good food living with me.
