hello! i am looking for a roommate to share a home with. i grew up in the la area, went to undergrad at loyola, and currently work at a nonprofit design/planning organization in downtown la.

i spend my weeknights making dinner, watching my shows, reading, going to yoga, or meeting up with friends. i’m very tidy, clean, and organized. i know my personal space and when to leave somebody alone. :) i like having friends over every once in a while on a friday/saturday night ~ max once a month.

my family and boyfriend live in the southeast la area, so i often spend weekends and holidays with them. i do have long term boyfriend who also enjoys spending a night or so a week with me, mostly on the weekend. glad to talk about a social contract about this.

i would like to move out in march/april but am flexible on move-out date. i currently rent month to month so just need to give my landlord a 30-day notice.
