I am very easy going, clean, and quiet. Me and my kitty, Banankin, are taking over the world and currently need a place to live. I am very friendly and polite. I always pick up after myself and i like to clean. I adapt to new folks and very accomodating to different lifestyles. I do not judge anyone and try to treat everyone with respect and dignity. I also am happy to talk if you need to. No need to be strangers unless you want to. I am very handy around the house (previous homeowner myself) so if anything breaks i more than likely have the tools and can fix it. I am looking for a quick move in as my current rent is rediculous!

My cat is very loving and interacts well with humans/dogs/other cats/aliens/The Jimmy Johns Guy/you name it. He also hardly sheds any hair and i am very good about cleaning him. He also gets his litter box cleaned twice a day by me so there is never a smell. He also doesn’t meow at doors if they are closed and he adores scratch posts instead of things of value. He is very chill and kind.

I really like to fish, kayak, and hike although Banankin stays home for those activites. I really hope we can find a great place to live :)
