Young professional working in arts administration just looking for a quiet, safe, clean place to stay (as in, I can contribute to the quiet, safe, clean parts and would like it to go vice versa) that’s not too far from work. Rooming with women/afab people is preferred. Transit overlay preferred. Parking required. In unit laundry preferred. Bundling on bills incredibly preferred (as in rent covers gas, electric, heat, water, Wi-Fi, etc). I’m fine with pets.
