Decent guy, just ask me and I’ll tell you. I keep to myself, and work a lot. Not a big socializer, but not grumpy and irritable either.

Looking to team up with 1-2 people to rent a whole house on a full 1yr+ lease, with either a garage or unfinished basement. I need access to indoor concrete for a bit of machinery that might need to be bolted down, and some storage space as well. Alternatively if you have a room for rent that has basement/garage available for just 1 person, i’m also amicable to leasing on my own as well.
