People friendly, but I don’t entertain. I get along with anyone. Looking for decent room with bathroom and kitchen privileges in decent neighborhood. When I leave the kitchen or bathroom you can’t tell I was there! Must have reliable Wi-Fi bandwidth. I smoke cigarettes but outside is ok and less than 1 pack/day. I appreciate cleanliness and an uncluttered environment. I live a quiet life with no alcohol, drugs or drama.
