I’m seeking a clean furnished room to rent on a possible long-term basis. I’m a professionally employed (Aviation Industry) non-smoking or drug using. I’m a 65 y/o very nice guy. I’ll be working a normal Monday thru Friday work schedule. Since my home and family are in the northwest Georgia are, I’ll only be staying in the room Tuesday through Thursdays nights. I don’t really cook that much and for the most part am a quite guy. I’m very easy to get along with and bring no drama with me, and yes I do pay all my bills on time, wouldn’t have it any other way. I’ve got a great sense of humor and would make a great roommate. I view myself as a very organized and clean. Without question I will always respect your property and privacy. I get along with everyone I meet and have lived in several countries of the world which has helped me understand people better.
