Very quiet and trustworthy person and all my bills get paid in full on time. I am absolutely not a party person, I value my privacy so I don’t bring random strangers home nor a ton of friends. I read a lot so I value quiet, I never play loud music and I don’t watch tv so you never have to worry about me playing it at all hours of the day. I do have a large emotional support animal, a dog that I love and will not part with for any reason. He is a German Shepherd, up to date on vaccinations, and trained by South Florida Dog Trainers. I made a pet resume for him verifying all his information and it includes contact info for vet and trainer that I am willing to share with roommate/landlord. He is an older guy with some hip dysplasia so he is very quiet and he usually just sleeps when I am gone at work. He is dog friendly but if you have a dog as well I would like to do an introduction first to make sure both dogs can get another together. I am not a neat freak but I hate when things get too dirty (also my dog does shed) so I vacuum every week and all dishes are cleaned and put away before bed every night.
