I’m neat well-groomed and maintain good hygiene. I’m God-fearing though not much on religion so I won’t impose my thoughts or beliefs onto anyone and im open-minded to anyone else’s views or beliefs. I’m courteous and kind. I’m on time with my portion of the rent and will do my part to maintain a clean and peaceful environment.
