Tiffany & Elliot

My fiancé and I are looking for a room to rent that is pet-friendly. Elliot, my fiancé, works in downtown crossing as a corporate recruiter and I, Tiffany, am a full-time master’s student on post 9/11 GI Bill. Elliot has been at his job for 3.5 years and is very stable there. I will be a full-time student for at least the next year. My program is completely online therefore I am home most days during the day. We have a very sweet 9-year-old, 50lb mutt named Ana. She is quiet and well behaved, especially with me home with her during the day. We also have a long-haired 10-year-old grumpy cat. I have had both of them since they were babies. Our move-in date is flexible within the next month or two. We’re open to starting a new search with the right person/people. It seems it might be easier to go in on a brand new lease than try to find something in place.

We are both friendly and sociable but also mind privacy. We like a particularly clean house but are reasonable enough to understand that sometimes dishes get left in the sink if you’re in a rush. We are considerate and maintain a good balance of going out and being home.
