Julia & Nick

Hello. My boyfriend and I are dedicated college students, majoring in Electrical and Aerospace Engineering, and are paying for our college. We currently commute an hour to school four days a week and are wanting to live closer to campus. We have already looked at apartments and calculated the costs and do not make enough together to save for college and also pay for a cheap apartment together, so we are wanting to find a room we can rent together. (We are also open to starting up a rent with other students, if dedicated as well.) We also both work when not at school and have held our jobs for several months. For school, we both hold a scholarship that requires us to take 30 hours minimum at school every year and hold a gpa of 3.0. We are very clean people and do not drink or smoke.
