I’d like to share a home with 1 other female, age 50 yrs and up. I’d prefer a private bath but not a deal breaker. I’m willing to share the cost of rent or house payment, internet, utilities etc up to $500 per month. I’m neat (but not a neat freak, lol) I like my privacy but am also very social. I work with 3 yr olds and therefore have a clean background. I’m a Christian although not judgmental. I’m very active at my church. No drugs, non smoker and rarely drink. I love traveling, movies, and visiting museums etc. I also love the outdoors as well, walking, hiking and exploring. I’m close to my grown children and grandchildren. (I would want to have my older grandchildren to come for a sleep over, once every month or two. they are very well behaved.) I want to stay near my parents who live on the central - west side of Arlington, Tx.
