I’m a full-time daycare teacher, so basically I change diapers all day. I’m usually at work or out somewhere, so I am usually not home. Currently renting a 1BD, but seeing how often I am not home, renting a room would be better. I’m a great roommate when I am around, I’m super goofy & always love to go out for drinks. I’m very clean and very organized and usually clean at random times just to make sure I do my part. I’m open to all the typical things of having roommates like who buys what, who cleans when, etc. so I know what to expect. I would only like to have one roommate as opposed to 2-4. I don’t have people over often because most of my friends live far so I drive to them so realistically you would have the place to yourself. My lease is up May 15th, but I’m looking to move at the end of April & would be interested in paying a deposit now to hold a room until I move in.
