I am a 54 yr old normal male human being. I work full time, I am single with no relationship drama, I consider myself to be the oldest living online freshman because i am enrolled in online studies working towards my bachelors degree. I am quiet, very clean, very organised, extremely respectful of privacy, i tend to keep to myself, I read, and can carry a conversation. My circle of friends is very small and i rarely receive visitors. My hobbies are the kind that can be enjoyed away from where i live; i take pictures of the beach, and other scenery, and like to just be out n about. Other interests i have include wine, bourbon, food, coffee, etc. I am the number 1 son to a Military father who has passed away, I can repair or install anything, i am excellent with computers, the list goes on. I am told that I am the best roommate anyone could ever have. I am comfortable with having any combination of roommate types (couples singles etc) and love dogs/cats. I am searching for a place i can call home for more than 2 yrs. I AM looking for a Long Term situation.
