My son & I are trying to exit a stressful living situation. We are quiet, honest, easy to get along with, clean, respectful and treat others as we would want to be treated. We keep to ourselves but are friendly, and like to watch movies/tv, play video/board games, dabble on our phones/laptops, love all animals, plants & nature and art & arts & crafts. He works, and is looking to find a place of his own with his SO in the near future, but needs a helping hand for now. I would stay for the duration of the lease (if it’s not month to month.) I have a driver’s license, but no car, as it belonged to my husband, so no worries on where to park. We’d either take the bus or Lyft when needed. I’m retired early from my career as a nurse due to chronic pain from a back injury. I am more of a homebody, because of my limitations, and try my best to manage it that way. But I don’t mind cleaning & doing as much as i can around the house. Neither of us are drinkers or into drugs, but have no problem with 420 friendly people, and prefer people who are LGBTQ friendly as well.
