My budget includes utilities.

I’m a quiet, chill, nerdy type. I cook a little and wouldn’t mind sharing if I make too much food. I am tidy and pretty flexible on sharing my stuff (just ask first please). I’m the type that can get along with most people.

I’d prefer a furnished room, but can furnish myself if needed. I have no pets and I don’t smoke or do drugs and would prefer a roommate that is the same way. I would like to have at least one female roommate, but I don’t mind co-ed living. I am lgbt+ friendly.

My one weakness is doing dishes, but hey if we make a deal of me cooking in exchange for you doing dishes, maybe that’ll work for us. Or I’ll keep up with them as best I can. Whatever works for us.

I’m trying to land a new job but I need to move to the area if I get the job I’m applying for, so I’m kind of looking ahead right now. Nothing is concrete yet. If I do get it I’ll be working night shift and be out from 5pm to 4am.
