I am a mature professional man working at a non for profit org in Nyack. Looking for a room/share within 10 minutes drive. I am clean, conscious, and quiet. Happy to share a kitchen and living room. A private bathroom is preferred but not a deal breaker. I do not have a pet and prefer minimal presence of pets (dogs better than cats most of the time) but again not necessarily a deal breaker. A clean and peaceful environment a must, no smoking, no substance abuse nor alcohol abuse. Can be furnished or not. Need easy parking. I appreciate progressive folk with a wholistic lifestyle.
