I’m clean, quiet and self sufficient. I tend to keep to myself, but am friendly and happy to socialize. Happy to help out around the house. I’m disability retired, but still very active and don’t require any special accommodations. Willing to have 420 roomies, not adverse to being around pets or children. I have my own furniture if needed, but can put in storage if need be.
