Hello hello! I’m looking for a place to move into as soon as possible. I’m hoping to find a drug free home with friendly roommates. I’m have no pets but am okay with pets and don’t mind helping out with them. I’m trying to find a place that is somewhere within Oceanside, Carlsbad, San Marcos or Encinitas, hoping to keep rent under $1,000.

My girlfriend lives in Michigan but is planning on coming from early May until about August 20th. She is willing to pay any additional payments and is super kind and clean.
