My name is Stephen Menebroker and I am 29 years old. Currently looking for a room for rent between $400-$500 near Elk Grove. I currently work 2 jobs and have never had an issue paying rent.

I work quite a bit during certain times of the year so you will rarely see me most of the time. I am very respectful and like to keep to myself, prefer a relaxed environment to live in. I’m pretty clean and have no issues with cleaning the bathroom, kitchen, etc.
