My name is Donnie Stevenson, Jr, I’m a 49 y-o WM from Leitchfield, KY who had been living in Louisville for school since 2008. In 2012 I graduated Sullivan College of Technology & Design with a B.A. in Computer Graphic Design. I own an entertainment company I’ve been a DJ for about four years and have hosted karaoke in many bars, events & venues across the Derby city since 2009. I moved back to Leitchfield in 2020 to stay with my grandparents (Russell & Billie Willis) because I needed a hip replacement. That went well and now I’m ready to strike back out on my own, so to speak. I’m not currently hosting karaoke anywhere due to the pandemic. However I am receiving pandemic unemployment of $150 per week. As far as good habits go….I’m almost OCD about things having a place & being in that place. Things don’t have to be sparkly clean but in no way am I a slob. I make my bed every day and will almost always make sure the kitchen sink is free of dirty dishes before I go to bed. I suppose we all have our bad habits as well…. I smoke Marlboros. I would have no problem in smoking outside, been in that situation before, no problem. I may have one or two buddies that may stop in from time to time but only for a short visit and probably won’t ever expect to have overnight guests. When I am home, you’ll find me in my room watching TV or Netflix (Sci-fi & Fantacy…Trekie by nature). I have one small dog (her name is MIA “me-ah”), she is 11 years old and very well trained. She does bark when someone knocks, but to her she is only doing her job. She is trained to go out every time I come home and when I’m not there, she is usually wrapped up in a blanket or in her cage. I have one room of furniture, bed, shelves, TV, nightstand, etc… Well I’ve gone on long enough, if you think I would be a “fit” for your rental, please contact me at your earliest convenience.
