I’m a professional female looking to start over; downsize and save some money. ISO basement apartment, private entrance with kitchen or kitchen access with laundry WiFi and cable included. I have adult children that will occasionally spend a weekend with me. I work full time Mon-Fri 8 am -6 pm in Reston. I’m usually in bed by 8 pm. i don’t smoke, have an occasional glass of wine. I’m a part-time cosmetologist. So on weekends I’m working in home or at clients house doing hair and make up.
