My boyfriend and I are looking for a room to rent out near Santa Barbara, CA. He’s a student (done in May) and we’re both currently looking for jobs. We’re super easy going and are generally pretty quiet and friendly! We don’t smoke or do any hardcore partying. We’re mainly social drinkers. Most of the time we like to just relax and watch movie or play video games. We’re very clean and respect and appreciate privacy!
