Hi, me and my friend are looking for a 3rd person to share our apartment for 800/month. Preferably male as you would share the bathroom with my male friend. We are looking for someone who is respectful and quiet as we both work long hours. My friend works for UPS and I will be working in a restaurant part time because I am building my business from home! The apartment is 10 min. from downtown south of Golden Gate area. We have two pools and the unit has a patio on the second floor. You have to be on the lease and it ends in 12 months. No pets or couples are allowed and no smoking please!
