Hello! My name is Kandice, I’m 30 and I’m looking to move into a new place with a roommate. I am a nonsmoker and have no pets. I work as a marketing manager in the software industry. I work remotely and have a flexible schedule so I am not rigid with a move-in date. Would prefer to be downtown or midtown area. Looking for a year lease at least.
