Hi! New to Colorado from Florida. A super friendly, easy going, working professional, who is responsible, financially stable, very active, clean and organized. I come with Stellar rental references. No cigarettes, No drugs, maybe an occasional glass of wine on the weekend, No 420 but it won’t bother me if a Roomate does. I usually will be dining out but I’m Italian and crave a mean bowl of my pasta about once a week so if cooking is not an issue I’d love to share. Good credit, no pets, just me. I usually work Mon-Thur 7am-6pm. I do have family in FL which I will take short weekend trips to visit quiet frequently.
