Garage loft perfect. No kitchen or shower needed. I need a quiet sheltered space for writing. And sleeping. I am finishing a book and my PhD dissertation which will require long hours of work. Don’t need a kitchen or anything, and I don’t watch tv or anything. Really a great opportunity to make money off your unused space. An outside workshop/workspace with electricity where I can put a cot is even ok. Doesn’t have to be heated or anything. Just need absolute quiet with no chance of interruptions for hours at a time. A garage loft is absolutely perfect. Doesn’t have to be big. I don’t really even need a shower because I can shower at my gym. Just a quiet sheltered space in a quiet neighborhood where I can relax and focus. Thanks so much!
