Am signing the lease on a 2bd/2ba townhouse and would like to find somebody to take over the other half. Both rooms are master suites. The townhouse is walking distance to the lab in Costa Mesa and is newly renovated. Rent will be $1150 a month per person. If you’re interested I can send you over pictures of the place but I am moving in October 7th. About me I’m really laid back I love to surf, hike, go to the gym everyday. I get a long with everybody and as long as you’re respectful to me I will treat you with the upmost respect(: I’m in school currently to become an emt/Firefighter and work full time so I’m not home much.
