I am a single, 36 year old male, moving into the area to work for a friend who runs a State Farm agency in Stapleton. I am driving into town on Sept 29th and I’m looking for a room asap. I don’t smoke cannabis but it doesn’t bother me if others do. I also do not mind pets but have none of my own. I will be working 9-5 M-F and plan to explore the area or relax in my room when not working. I also plan to join a tennis/fitness center and also attend regurlar church services. Just looking for a friendly roommate without having to sign a long term expensive lease as soon as I move into town. Thanks!
