I just received a Supply Systems Analyst position located in San Diego. My report date is projected for June 1st. I am looking to rent a room preferable month to month/ up to six months with utilities included between $550 to $850 for rent.

A little about me… I’m a 38-year-old female (Army Veteran) in a long term, loving relationship with my girlfriend Aurora (37). She will not be living with me during the transition, but will visit occasionally. I am a introvert at home and extrovert and work. I am very easy going, laid back, and humorous. (favorite show “The Office / Parks and Recreation”) I like my peaceful, quiet down time. I do prefer to run / workout in the mornings. I am accustomed to living with various professional /student roommates, as we rent out rooms in our home in Tucson, AZ. Some of our house rules we use are: no dishes in the sink, wipe counters after use, approved guess only, quiet time between 10pm and 6am, no personal items in living areas. These are just examples that work well for us and to let you know my daily behaviors. The goal is to get established in San Diego before moving the family to California. My cat Bailey will be with me. She is an indoor cat and a sweetheart. Potty trained and quiet. We are both very clean. I have references from my current landlord here in Tracy, CA if needed.
