I am a 43 year old trans man and single parent. My kids are well behaved and we are clean, quiet and calm. My cats are fixed and friendly, no issues at all. I’m a non-smoker, no criminal history of any kind. We are looking for a 6 month to 1 year space so I can save up to buy our own in the near future. I currently lease an apartment that I’ve been in for almost three years, so I have a reference if needed. I’ve had two other leases of more than 5 years each.
